Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: We no longer accept credit cards. We accept cash or check for your deposit. A deposit must be left at your first visit. Final payment is not due until you pick up your dress, & must be made in cash.
Q. What should I bring with me for my first fitting?
A. Your dress, shoes, and undergarments are needed at your fitting. We will be able to assist you with your undergarment, if needed. We have bra cups, low-back bras, and spanx in stock.
Q. Is your shop wheelchair accessible?
A. Yes, our shop is wheelchair accessible.
Q. How far in advance should I schedule my first appointment?
A. Brides should schedule their first fitting 6-8 weeks in advance. This will allow enough time for a second and final fitting. All other party members should allow 3-4 weeks if possible.
Q. How many fittings are usually required?
A. Most brides require 3 fittings. Bridesmaids and special occasion dress clients usually require 1 or 2 fittings. Custom work may require additional fittings.
We do not charge a fee for additional fittings and will always try to minimize the number of fittings for your convenience.
Q. How long will my fitting appointment take?
A. We schedule our appointments in 1/2 hour increments. Please call if for any reason you will be late.
Q. What types of alterations do you offer?
A. We offer Alteration and Custom dress making services for Bridal gowns, Designer dresses, Bridesmaids dresses, Mother of the Groom or Bride dresses, Prom Gowns, Pageant dresses, Flower Girl dresses, Evening Gown and Cocktail dresses.
Q. What will the alterations cost?
